About Us

For over 30 years Silver Platter Entrées has been owned and operated by Folker Raynolds, a 1993 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York and his wife Jayne. They have done an outstanding  job connecting with the Tri-County Communities, making Silver Platter a household name.
